Franck Desevedavy is a member of the Paris and Taipei Bars, registered as a foreign lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong, and has been practicing business law and transnational litigation in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan since 1996. He is a founding member of ASIALLIANS Law Firm, a French firm fully dedicated to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
Franck is an arbitrator before centers/commissions in Beijing (CIETAC), Shanghai (SHIAC), Taipei (CAA) and Paris (ICC).
In addition to these professional commitments, Franck is vice-president of the Franco-Chinese economic law association (AFCDE), vice-president of the association of French lawyers practicing abroad (APPEAL-E), and a French Foreign Trade Advisor to the Government(CCEF).
