Gabriel ARMANET

Gabriel Armanet is a Senior Director in the Construction, Projects & Assets practice within the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Paris. Gabriel has more than 15 years of professional experience specialised in procurement and contract management across various aspects of engineering and construction. His industry experience includes buildings, energy, chemicals, mining, infrastructure, transportation, oil and gas, water treatment and waste management.

Gabriel is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (‘MRICS’) and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’). In addition to being a chartered quantity surveyor, he is an accredited mediator at the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (‘CMAP’) and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (‘CIArb’). Gabriel has been appointed as an independent expert in litigation and arbitration proceedings and has been cross-examined as a witness expert. He assists clients and counsel by providing claims advice, commercial and contract management, and dispute resolution advisory services.

Gabriel has a M.Sc. in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London, as well as an M.A. in international procurement. He combines this hybrid academic background with more than a decade of experience on live projects, both abroad and site-based, for employers, project managers and contractors.

Gabriel is also involved in training programs with French post-graduate engineering schools. He is also the lead coordinator of the claim preparation program, financial cost models, procurement and contracting options.
