Gillian is a Senior Associate specialising in International Arbitration and Public International Law at Eversheds Sutherland's Paris office. With a decade of experience working on high-stakes international arbitrations across the EMEA region, she has developed particular expertise in energy and technology disputes under various institutional rules. Her advocacy experience includes appearances before the Iran-US Claims Tribunal and ICC tribunals.

Bridging the gap between law and technology, Gillian founded Deep Lex in 2024, a online platform empowering legal professionals to navigate the complexities of AI regulation, policy, and ethics. She is passionate about algorithmic fairness, transparency in automated decision-making systems, and the evolving regulatory landscape for autonomous AI systems. Gillian's technical expertise includes programming, natural language processing (NLP) and agentic AI development.
