Henry is the global head of Control Risks’ intelligence practice. He advises corporates, investors, financial institutions, and law firms about managing geopolitical risk, their strategy towards arbitration and litigation, diligence of transaction targets, and the execution of investigations. Henry's experience with arbitration and disputes mandates includes asset tracing and recovery, intelligence about specific counterparties, and acting as expert witness on physical security and political risk in the Middle East. He works as part of Control Risks' team of 250+ intelligence and political risk experts in our 49 offices and representations.
