As the judge who presided over Lehman during the global financial crisis, Judge Peck has shown a talent for effective and authoritative dispute resolution in the most contentious matters. He has resolved numerous disputes in and out of court since his first assignment as a court-appointed mediator in 2012.

Judge Peck formed JPeckADR as an independent, conflict-free firm to mediate and arbitrate complex business disputes with impartiality, integrity, and sensitive attention to the obstacles that can stand in the way of a settlement. Each engagement gets the benefit of his vast experience in some of the most consequential business cases in history.

Judge Peck is a judge on the Singapore International Commercial Court and is affiliated with South Square Chambers in London. His mediation and arbitration assignments are handled out of his New York office through JPeckADR.
