Jacques BOUYSSOU
Jacques Bouyssou intervient pour une clientèle française et étrangère devant des juridictions étatiques ou arbitrales dans le cadre de litiges commerciaux, ainsi qu’en droit pénal des affaires. Il a acquis une pratique reconnue en matière de contentieux complexes dans un environnement international.
Avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 1994, Jacques a commencé sa carrière chez Gide Loyrette Nouel, dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire avant d’exercer à Madrid au sein du cabinet Gomez-Acebo y Pombo. Il a rejoint ensuite le cabinet August & Debouzy, lors de sa création. En 1999, il a fait partie des douze Secrétaires de la Conférence, lauréats du Concours de la Conférence, qui poursuit depuis deux siècles une tradition de rhétorique et de défense pénale.
En 2003, il est l’un des fondateurs d’Alerion où il développe le département Contentieux, Arbitrage et Pénal des affaires. Membre du Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Paris de 2015 à 2017, il a dirigé l’activité internationale du Barreau de Paris et créé l’ONG Observatoire International des Avocats en Danger et l’association Paris Place de Droit qui rassemble les acteurs de la place de droit de Paris désireux de contribuer à son rayonnement. Il en est le Secrétaire Général depuis. A ce titre, Jacques organise de nombreux colloques à la cour d’appel, au tribunal de commerce de Paris comme à la CCI ou au Sénat.
Jacques a été auditeur de l’Institut du Sénat et de la 54ème promotion de l’IHEDN Armement & Economie de Défense. Jacques est Vice-chair du Litigation Committee de l’International Bar Association et Délégué du Barreau de Paris au Conseil des Barreaux Européens (CCBE). Il a été Vice-Chair du Transnational Practice Committee de l’American Bar Association. En 2021, Jacques est nommé membre du groupe de travail Arbitrage Conciliation et Règlement des Différends de la Commission des Nations Unies pour le Droit Commercial International (CNUDCI).
Il intervient dans de nombreuses conférences à travers le monde, notamment en matière de contentieux internationaux. En 1999, il a présenté le Barreau de Paris au Président des Etats-Unis. Il a été auditionné comme référent international par le Sénat du Mexique en 2015.

Il en est le Secrétaire Général depuis. A ce titre, Jacques organise de nombreux colloques à la cour d’appel, au tribunal de commerce de Paris comme à la CCI ou au Sénat.\r\n

Jacques a été auditeur de l’Institut du Sénat et de la 54ème promotion de l’IHEDN Armement & Economie de Défense. Il a été Vice-Chair du Transnational Practice Committee de l’American Bar Association.
