Jean-Baptiste RACINE
Jean-Baptiste Racine is currently Professor at the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
He is a member of the Bureau of the French Arbitration Committee and former Co-Secretary General of the International Academy of Arbitration Law (Paris).
He is the author of a thesis on International Commercial Arbitration and Public Policy (LGDJ 1999) and a textbook on arbitration law published by the Presses universitaires de France (PUF, coll. Thémis, 2016). He is the Scientific Director of the "Journal du Droit international (Clunet)".
He is also Deputy Director of the Research Center on Justice at the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas and co-director of the Master 2 "Arbitration and procedural law” at the latter university.
