Jérôme Ortscheidt
Jérôme Ortscheidt est avocat au Conseil d’État et à la Cour de cassation. A côté de son activité contentieuse devant la Cour de cassation, le Conseil d’État, les juridicions administratives et autorités administratives indépendantes, il a développé une solide expérience dans le domaine de l’arbitrage interne et international, aussi bien en qualité de conseil que d’arbitre. Il est le coauteur, avec le professeur Christophe Seraglini, de l’ouvrage Droit de l’arbitrage interne et international, LGDJ, 2ème éd., 2019.
