Jérémie FIERVILLE
Jérémie conseille et représente des entreprises françaises et internationales, ainsi que leurs dirigeants, dans le cadre de la résolution de leurs litiges stratégiques.
Avant de fonder son cabinet en 2015, Jérémie a travaillé pendant neuf ans au sein du département contentieux de Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, où il a acquis une grande expertise dans le traitement des contentieux bancaires, financiers et des affaires. Il a également été détaché auprès de banques d’affaires de premier plan, à Paris et à Londres.
Jérémie est diplômé de l’ESSEC, du DESS de Droit des affaires et fiscalité de l’Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, et du DEA de Droit international privé et droit du commerce international de l’Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. Il a été formé à la médiation au Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) et aux gestions de crises à l’Institut des Hautes Etudes en Gestion de Crise (IHEGC).
Jérémie enseigne depuis de nombreuses années le droit des affaires et la résolution des litiges au sein de l’Université Paris Panthéon-Assas. Il est coauteur de l’ouvrage Corporate Internal Investigations: An International Guide aux éditions Oxford University Press. Il est également responsable du Club ESSEC Droit, qui réunit les diplômés de l’ESSEC actifs dans le monde du droit, membre de l’association Paris Place de Droit, du Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris, et d’autres cercles. Il intervient régulièrement dans la presse et lors d’événements majeurs.
Jérémie est reconnu dans les classements : Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Le Point et Décideurs Magazine.
