Johanna WIRTH

Johanna is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s international arbitration group. She primarily acts as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings with particular focus on energy, technology, banking & finance and post-M&A disputes. Her major clients include companies in the energy and telecommunication sector, as well as German and international financial institutions. In addition to her arbitration work, Johanna advises her clients on a variety of international law issues and in compliance matters.

Johanna is admitted to the German Bar and the New York Bar. She is a graduate from Humboldt University Berlin and holds a Master of Law in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from the New York University School of Law. Her expertise has been recognised in various international and German rankings. She regularly speaks and writes on international dispute resolution issues.
