Jonathan MELZER

Jonathan Melzer is a Director in the Expert Services practice, based in Paris. Jonathan leverages more than 12 years of construction experience. He provides independent expertise to law firms, construction companies and clients with disputes involving delays and disruption to construction projects. Jonathan joined Kroll through the acquisition of Blackrock Expert Services Group (Blackrock) in 2020. Before that, he was a managing consultant at Blackrock. At Blackrock, and subsequently at Kroll, Jonathan has built invaluable experience in international disputes, covering arbitrations in civil and common law jurisdictions in Europe, Africa, America, Asia and the Middle East.
