Jose Manuel ALBALADEJO


Managing Director

José Manuel Albaladejo is Managing Director at Kroll, where he is responsible for the Construction and Infrastructure Disputes practice at the international level and leads the practice in Latin America, advising clients on complex projects and in arbitral and judicial proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University (U.S.), an MBA from IESE Business School, and an MSc. in Project & Construction Management from the University of Reading (UK). In addition, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and has completed specialized studies in Artificial Intelligence at Harvard Business School (U.S.), focusing on its application to dispute resolution in construction and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Albaladejo has more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction, management, structuring, and operation of infrastructure projects in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the CIS region (former Soviet republics). He is an internationally recognized expert, having acted as an expert witness in high-profile litigation and arbitration cases in different regions of the world.

Previously, he has held various senior leadership positions in the sector, including serving as a member of the boards of directors of publicly listed companies, Managing Partner of Keybrick Advisors, and Senior Vice President at Hill International (parent company of what is now HKA), where he was responsible for Latin America and later led the management of strategic clients and global operational restructuring processes. He also developed his technical career as a field engineer at Gerens Management Group, Acciona Infraestructures, and Halcrow Ltd., participating in major international infrastructure and construction projects.
