Kalyan Krishna Bandaru is an international lawyer, arbitrator, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HAAART Foundation, a Hague-based organisation and Partner in Paris Arbitration Week dedicated to advancing peace and justice through the rule of law and dispute resolution.

Mr Bandaru is an international lawyer, arbitrator, and strategic corporate advisor with over 15 years of experience in commercial arbitration, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate risk governance. He is an Alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law, with certifications in Artificial Intelligence & Law and M&A.

He is the Founder & Chief Legal Officer of White Code Legal International, advising corporates, multinational enterprises, and investors on dispute-resilient structures, regulatory compliance, and complex international transactions. Kalyan represents and conducts arbitral proceedings and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
