Karolina ROZYCKA

Karolina Rozycka is a counsel in Clifford Chance’s international arbitration group based in Paris. Karolina’s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration as well as annulment proceedings and enforcement actions in France. Karolina's experience encompasses a range of dispute types and business sectors, including aerospace and aviation, construction, commodities and mining, energy and resources, electronics as well as general commercial disputes. Karolina regularly speaks and writes on arbitration-related issues. She also lectures in the area of arbitration (Sciences Po Law School, Paris II Panthéon Assas, Université Paris- Saclay) and is part of the Steering Committee of the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris, among other engagements. Karolina is admitted to practice in Paris and New York. She holds a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences Po Law School, a master’s degree in global business law from University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as an LLM (International business regulation, litigation and arbitration) from New York University School of Law.
