Laure ALDEBERT
Laure Aldebert is a Judge at The International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal (ICCP-CA). Prior to her appointment in September 2018, she worked at the Paris Tribunal de Grande Instance as Vice-President of the chamber specialised in intellectual property law. She was in charge of administrative matters in the civil law department at the Ministry of Justice between 2005 and 2007 and in the General Secretariat of the Court of Appeal of Paris (2010-2014).
Laure holds a master’s degree in commercial law from the University of Paris II- Panthéon-Assas and was admitted to the Paris bar in 1992, joining The National School the Judiciary in 2000 serving as Judge in several courts (Tribunaux de Grande Instance)
