Laurent NEYRET
Professeur de droit à Sciences Po
Laurent Neyret est agrégé de droit privé et de sciences criminelles (2011), professeur des Universités à Sciences Po après avoir été directeur de cabinet de Laurent Fabius, Président du Conseil constitutionnel de 2018 à 2025.
Titulaire d’un DEA en droit économique et des affaires, docteur en droit privé, ses travaux portent sur les grands défis de la responsabilité et de l’environnement. Il est l’auteur de nombreux articles et ouvrages pour lesquels il a reçu plusieurs prix dont le Prix Maisondieu de l’Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques, et le 1er Prix de la Société Française de Droit de l’Environnement pour sa thèse.
Laurent Neyret est régulièrement consulté sur des projets de textes nationaux et internationaux relatifs à l’environnement (RSE, devoir de vigilance, préjudice écologique, remise en état, droit pénal de l’environnement). Il fait partie de plusieurs sociétés savantes (UICN World Commission on Environmental Law, International Law Association, etc ). Il a conduit plusieurs groupes de recherche avec des juristes, des scientifiques et des économistes du monde académique et des affaires, dont les travaux ont contribué à des évolutions législatives et jurisprudentielles comme la réglementation de la réparation du préjudice écologique dans le Code civil en 2016.
Sur les questions de santé, il a créé et dirigé un Master 2 de droit public et privé de la santé à l’Université de Paris-Saclay et a été médiateur et membre de l’Office National d’Indemnisation des Accidents médicaux dans des affaires de responsabilité médicale.
Laurent Neyret a enseigné outre le droit de l’environnement, le droit des contrats et de la responsabilité, le droit des biens et le droit des produits défectueux.
