Laure-Hélène has been recognized as a “next generation partner” having strong reputation in cross-border litigation. She is considered by her clients as being creative and efficient. Laure-Hélène has indeed extensive experience in all forms of international and domestic dispute resolution with a particular focus on commercial, corporate, financial, fund and real estate matters. She assists her clients through the entire process, from pre-litigation to the enforcement of the decision obtained. Laure-Hélène has acted in many enforcement of arbitration awards with high stakes. Recent high profile cases include representing Petronas, following a bid by descendants of a former sultanate to enforce an ad hoc arbitral award they had won against Malaysia, acting as co-counsel to the Republic of Kazakhstan in challenging an investment award handed down in favour of the Stati, and acting for Perenco Ecuador Ltd in its successful enforcement of freezing Luxembourg bank held assets for the Republic of Ecuador.
Laure-Hélène is a member of the IFG (International Fraud Group). In addition, she has experience in real estate and commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating a number of complex agreements.
