Lindy PATTERSON

Lindy Patterson KC is a full time independent arbitrator and adjudicator with 39 Essex Chambers. She is recognised as a “go to" arbitrator and adjudicator for complex energy, infrastructure and construction disputes in both civil and common law systems. She also arbitrates in general commercial contracts and real estate disputes. She operates in many jurisdictions, both civil and common law, and with a variety of governing laws with appointments from ICC; LCIA; DIAC; NAI and ADCCAC. She is a chartered arbitrator; FIDIC President’s List member and honorary fellow of RICS ( Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and CICES ( Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors). She is a member of the Standing Committee of the ICC International Centre for ADR and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
