Lucy WINNINGTON-INGRAM

Lucy Winnington-Ingram (Counsel) advises on international arbitration, with a focus on investor-state arbitration and public international law. Lucy has been involved in matters in the mining, energy, construction, and telecommunications sectors, and has experience of acting on arbitration cases for both the claimant and the respondent under UNCITRAL and ICSID Rules, particularly on disputes arising out of bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
