Luisa CETINA

Luisa is a Partner at Anjarwalla & Khanna ("ALN Kenya"), where she plays a key role in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Forensics & Investigations teams. She is a seasoned litigator and investigator, acting as lead counsel on complex cross-border matters, including international arbitrations, complex investigations, and commercial litigation. Luisa is recognised for her expertise in managing crises in volatile environments.

Prior to joining ALN Kenya, Luisa spent almost a decade as a corporate litigator at White & Case in New York where she represented clients in multi-jurisdictional civil and criminal matters, international arbitration proceedings and investigations. In 2023, Legal 500 described Luisa as “sought after for her strength in advising on international litigation and arbitration matters.” Clients have described Luisa as “erudite, exceptionally intelligent, and a world class lawyer” – Legal 500.

Luisa is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She earned BCL and LLB law degrees, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree, from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
