Marco LAURITA
Marco is an attorney qualified in New York, France and Italy and works as an International Legal Negotiator at TotalEnergies in Paris where he focuses mainly on upstream international arbitration and transactional work for the MENA region.
Marco obtained his J.D. from the law school of the University of Turin, Italy in 2009. As part of the program, he attended the Georgetown University Center for Transnational Legal Studies (CTLS) in London majoring in transnational and comparative law. In 2013, he obtained an M.A. in Business Administration from the Business School of the University of Turin and in 2014 a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
Before joining TotalEnergies, Marco worked as an attorney at Kramer Levin in Paris, where he was focusing mainly on compliance and international investigation matters. Previously, he worked as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb in Milan, New York and Paris, and at Freshfields in Milan where he was primarily involved in international litigation and arbitration matters.
