Mariana NOGALES PAEZ BUZANCE

Mariana Elvira Nogales Paez Buzance is the Board Director of HAAART Foundation and the Director of the HAAART Foundation International Court of Arbitration HICA.

She is a Bolivian lawyer and she is pursuing a PhD in Public International Law at the University of Paris Nanterre. She previously served as Legal Counsel for Bolivia in the Silala Waters Case and as a Guest Professor at the Bolivian Diplomatic Academy. She is currently an UN Representative of the International Association for Water Law (AIDA). She has expertise in International litigation, International Water Law, human rights and higher education.
