My practice focuses on legal representation before national courts and dispute resolution under commercial and investment arbitration procedures, alongside real estate and corporate law.
Extensive experience includes disputes in the energy sector, contractual and international trade conflicts, real estate litigation, enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards, as well as corporate and M&A transactions. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in the resolution of more than 300 disputes, including proceedings under the rules of ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SCC, VIAC, FAI, VCCA, UNCITRAL and ICAC.
Included in the lists of recommended arbitrators of leading arbitral institutions, including VIAC, CIETAC, the Arbitration Court at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan, ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and others.
