Massimo CAMPA

Massimo Campa is the Founder of Campa Avvocati (Italy). He advises Italian and international companies, as well as private equity and infrastructure funds, on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and insolvency matters, including crisis management and debt restructuring instruments.
His practice also covers EU law, representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings concerning anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures, as well as economic sanctions. He has broad experience in commercial, corporate and capital markets law.
Massimo graduated with honours from the University of Milan, joined the Milan Bar in 2001 and has been admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation since 2012. He studied international contracts at Columbia Law School in New York and has held academic positions in private and civil law at the University of Milan. He is also a published author and serves on the supervisory boards of several companies.
