Expert du droit international des investissements et de l'arbitrage investisseur-Etat, du droit de l'OMC et de la politique commerciale européenne. Titulaire d'un doctorat de droit international public. Entre 2004 et 2010, juriste au sein du cabinet Teynier Pic. Entre 2011 et 2023, conseiller juridique politique commerciale puis adjoint en charge des négociations internationales sur la protection des investissements et le règlement des différends investisseur-Etat au sein de la Direction générale du Trésor des ministères économiques et financières. Depuis juin 2023, conseiller juridique au sein de la direction des affaires juridiques du Ministère de l'Europe et des affaires étrangères, notamment pour la représentation du gouvernement français dans le cadre des procédures d'arbitrage engagées au titre de traités de protection des investissements et devant la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne. Membre de le délégation française au sein du Groupe de travail III de la CNUDCI sur la réforme du règlement des différends investisseur-Etat et dans le cadre des travaux de l'OCDE sur l'avenir des traités d'investissement. Représentant de la France dans le cadre des négociations de l'accord de démantèlement des traités d'investissement intra-européens et du processus de modernisation du traité sur la charte de l'énergie. Représentant de la France dans diverses instances (comité de politique commerciale, services & investissement, comité des accords d'investissement) et négociations (règlement sur le filtrage des investissements étrangers) européennes.
