Matthew TOMA

Based in Stockholm, Matthew is a Senior Vice President with responsibility for assessing and underwriting legal and collection risk as part of Burford Capital’s EMEA investment team, with a focus on asset recovery matters. Matthew has nearly 20 years of experience leading complex multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and recovery efforts. Prior to his role at Burford, he held positions with several leading investigative firms in London, New York, and San Francisco, where he successfully managed investigations in over 50 countries.
