Marcin KALDUNSKI

Marcin practices in the areas of international and domestic dispute resolution, incl. the ECHR and the CJEU. His practice covers a wide variety of issues in international commercial and investment law, including arbitration proceedings (the ICSID Additional Facility Rules, the ICC Rules, the SCC Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules) and domestic litigations.

In addition to advising clients on international and commercial matters, he works with entities responsible for infrastructure projects.
