Mounia LARBAOUI

Mounia Larbaoui is a senior associate in the International Arbitration Group of White & Case LLP in Paris. She advises on complex commercial, investment, and sports arbitration matters.

Her practice spans a broad range of sectors, including corporate and M&A, construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, mining and aviation disputes. She has handled matters across North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, supporting a wide variety of clients. Mounia has experience with all major arbitral institutions and rules, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID. As a dual citizen of Algeria and France, and having lived notably in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, Mounia is fluent in Arabic, French and English, enabling her to manage arbitrations in any of these languages.

Mounia also has extensive experience advising clients in pre-arbitration disputes as well as enforcement and annulment proceedings before French courts. Additionally, she has significant experience with proceedings before the Algerian and DIFC courts.
