Nadine KOZMA


Deputy Counsel

Nadine is a Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where she manages a diverse caseload of over 65 arbitration cases, primarily involving matters seated in France or relating to Europe and Francophone Africa. In this capacity, she ensures the efficient conduct of proceedings under the ICC Rules, prepares memoranda to brief the ICC Court on decisions it is required to take, provides guidance to arbitrators, parties, and counsel on the application of the ICC Rules, and reviews procedural documents.

Nadine is qualified to practice in Paris and Beirut, and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Prior to her tenure at the ICC, Nadine worked for two years as an associate in international arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon. She then enriched her expertise in international arbitration by obtaining a Master’s degree in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University Paris II-Assas and completing internships at prestigious law firms in Paris, France, where she focused on matters of commercial arbitration.
