Nicolas BOUCHARDIE

Nicolas is a partner in White & Case’s International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering groups, based in Paris.
His practice focuses on international arbitration, specifically in relation to complex construction and commercial disputes. He is experienced in arbitration under the ICC, SCC, and UNCITRAL rules, as well as in pre-arbitration negotiations, mediation and dispute board proceedings.
Nicolas is qualified to practice in both France and New York. His recent experience includes representing contractors and employers in some of the largest infrastructure projects in North Africa, Central Asia, Europe, and Central America, in proceedings before Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) and arbitrations.
