Nicolas O. ZENZ

Nicolas O. Zenz is an attorney at law and counsel with KWR in Vienna. He is specialized in the (renewable) energy sector. Nicolas focuses on dispute resolution and providing tailor-made solutions for energy majors and energy intensive industries in Austria and Europe.

He has more than ten years of experience in the field of arbitration acting regularly as counsel, arbitrator or administrative secretary in arbitral proceedings under e.g. the rules of ICC, VIAC, ICSID or UNCITRAL. Nicolas is also a board member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP) and teaches private business law at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna. He holds degrees both in law (LL.M.) as well as business, economics and social sciences (BSc).
