Nicole SILVER

Based in Washington, D.C., Nicole Silver is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities for Validity from the country’s leading lawyers and claimholders. She is also actively engaged in Validity’s due diligence and investment underwriting process. Clients benefit from Nicole’s 19 years of experience as a litigator, most recently as a partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP where her practice focused on international litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Nicole has also represented clients in complex civil litigation, including in the areas of products liability and white collar criminal defense.

Nicole has been named one of “Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers” by Latinvex, 2016-2021, and was recognized by Latin Lawyer’s “Latin Lawyer 250 – Practice Recognition: Arbitration” in 2020.
She was recognized in Global Arbitration Review’s “Who’s Who Future Leaders” in 2022 and the “GAR 100 Survey” in 2018, and earned inclusion in The Legal 500 U.S. in 2018.

Nicole is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law, and received her B.A. from Princeton University.
