Nikita Kuznetsov is a Maître admitted to the Paris Bar since 1999 and Managing Partner of KAMS law firm. His practice focuses on complex cross-border matters, including investment structuring, multi-jurisdictional asset protection strategies, and property transfer structures. He advises clients on trusts and fiduciary mechanisms, tax planning, and international private and business law. Nikita represents clients in litigation and arbitration, including exequatur proceedings, enforcement of foreign judgments, asset seizure and sale, foreclosure, business criminal law matters, and issues related to international sanctions.
Nikita completed his legal education at Sorbonne University, where he earned a Master of Business Law (with Honors) and a Master of Law of Economic Activities. He lectures in State (Public) Law at Sorbonne University and previously taught Commercial Law at University of Nanterre.
During his career, Nikita served as a legal expert at the European Commission and worked as a lawyer at leading international law firms, including CMS Francis Lefebvre and Gide Loyrette Nouel, as well as at Berlioz & C°.

Nikita is the guest of the Soft Law Almanac 2025/26.
