Niuscha BASSIRI

Niuscha Bassiri is the co-founder of ArbBoutique, based in Brussels. She focuses on arbitrator work, having acted as arbitrator under all major rules over the last 15 years. She has applied the laws of over two dozen of jurisdictions, spanning from Belgium to Mongolia to Zimbabwe, often involving State-owned entities. She is a German qualified Rechtsanwalt, having worked in Cologne and London, with a short stint in New York. She is a lecturer at the MIDS program, a faculty member at the University of Miami and lectures at the National Law University Delhi.
