Olga Kostyshyna is Head of Arbitration at LCF Law Group and Vice Chair of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Ukraine in Kyiv. She is a recognized expert in international arbitration, international trade and international having 20 years of experience. Her professional experience includes representation Ukraine in international commercial and investment arbitrations, as well as in foreign jurisdictional bodies, participation in development of the concept of reforming international commercial arbitration in Ukraine and in shaping relevant legal regulations, participation in negotiations for bilateral investment and free trade agreements. She specializes in international arbitration, commercial dispute mediation, international trade, foreign investment, energy and natural resources, and public procurement.
