Oliver Korte is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Hamburg office and specialises in national and international commercial and distribution law. He is very experienced in drafting contracts governing the sale or purchase of goods (such as framework supply agreements, distribution agreements, general terms and conditions). He has particular expertise on issues arising in connection with the termination of commercial agency or authorised dealer agreements, especially on the compensation claim and the entitlement to termination.
He frequently represents his clients before state courts or arbitration tribunals. He also regularly acts as an arbitrator in commercial and distribution disputes. Many of his clients are active in wholesale and foreign trade, and he also specialises in the food and medical products sectors.
