Panos comes with over 16 years of specialised experience in project management, project controls, risk management and avoidance, expert advisory, and dispute resolution across major construction and infrastructure projects. He is listed in the Lexology Index under Construction Experts and Consulting Experts, reflecting his strong track record supporting both client and contractor organisations.

His international experience covers real estate, infrastructure, oil and gas, marine, power, airports, and heavy civil construction across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and South America.

Panos has played a key role in expert project planning advisory for multi-million-dollar construction disputes. He has supported clients through all stages of legal proceedings, including statements of claim, defence, replies, and counterclaims. He is also experienced in identifying critical project issues, developing risk mitigation strategies, and collaborating with legal teams on technical and programming matters such as EOT claims, effects of change, and impact assessments.

Panos holds a BEng and MEng in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Project Management and Business Development, and an MBA. He is also PRINCE2 certified and a member of CIArb.
