In different legal position, I have negotiated, concluded, monitored the execution, or manage disputes of international investment agreements:

- for FIVES, French engineering company, delivering engineering services, equipment, workshop, or plant under EPCC (FIDIC), EPCM, green/brown field, turn-key or other contracts, around the world, for the steel, cement, aluminium, automotive, aeronautic, glass, sugar, tunnel boring machine, nuclear or pharmaceutical industries.

- for OMV, Austrian O&G company, for upstream (petroleum contracts, JV, M&A, etc.) and now downstream, dealing especially with international investments related to the energy transition.
