Patricia FERRAZ

Patrícia, after having been partner of Mendes Advogados Associados for 12 years, acting mainly in commercial law, arbitration, domestic and international commercial contracts and corporate law, joined the São Paulo´s office of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in 2017, as Deputy Counsel. In July 2019 took over as Counsel and in June 2022 as Director of Arbitration and ADR for Latin America. Patrícia has a Post-degree in Business Administration at FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation), Master of Laws – Law School of Universidade de São Paulo – USP (São Francisco University) with focus in Civil Law and Master of Laws (Summer LLM) with focus on “Business Law” – Law School of University of California – Berkeley.
