Philippe Salès brings over 15+ years of professional experience assisting clients with disputes and expert witness engagements in connection with both domestic litigation and international arbitration cases (commercial and investor-state). Mr. Salès focuses on damages assessments and has been involved on matters before the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID tribunals, as well as the UK High Court and French commercial courts. He has acted as party-appointed expert on several occasions.
