Raimond DUFOUR

Raimond Dufour is a partner in Pels Rijcken’s Litigation & Arbitration department. Raimond focuses on complex cross-border disputes at state courts, arbitral tribunals (ICC, NAI) and the Court of Justice of the European Union. As defence counsel, Raimond litigates on a variety of high-profile cases, such as diesel engine emissions, Brazilian environmental damage, international interest rate benchmarks (e.g. LIBOR) and foreign currency rates (FOREX).
