Rebecca SHORTER

Rebecca Shorter is a Solicitor Advocate, specialising in the resolution of disputes arising out of construction and engineering projects. She advises contractors and owners on dispute resolution in connection with domestic and international projects and is experienced in arbitration and litigation, as well as alternative methods of dispute resolution such as adjudication, dispute boards and mediation. She has contributed articles to Building, Construction News, Construction Law, Construction Law Review, Global Arbitration Review, ICLR and the Property Law Journal and speaks regularly at conferences and in an academic setting, both in the UK and internationally.
