Romy Menasalvas Garrones, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group in Loyens & Loeff Amsterdam office. She focuses on corporate law, including corporate governance, corporate litigation and arbitration.

Romy advises and represents Dutch and international clients in high profile disputes. Her areas of expertise include post-M&A, corporate governance, corporate litigation and arbitration, contractual disputes and restructuring litigation.

Prior to joining the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Romy worked in Loyens & Loeff’s Corporate practice group, advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions.
