Saltanat IMANOVA

Over 20 years of practical experience. Was a member of a wonderful team who started introduce arbitration in Kyrgyzstan in the early 2000. Later practiced mineral resources law, civil, corporate and administrative law, as well as arbitration law and practice, held leading positions from 2008 to 2023 in the large investment projects in the gold mining industry in Kyrgyzstan.

Worked as a senior lawyer and later as a partner in one of the leading law firms in Kyrgyzstan.

In 2017, I joined the team at Chaarat ZAAV (gold mining project with British investments in southern Kyrgyzstan). In 2020, was elected to the Board of Directors of Chaarat ZAAV, appointed as a Deputy General Director in September 2021, and served as the General Director from October 2022 to August 2023.

Since 2009, started practical activity as an arbitrator, was elected as a member of the Expert Council since 2017-2022, a member of the Supervisory Board since 2019, and since February 2022, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the International Court of Arbitration in affiliation with the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICA CCI). Solved about 90 cases as a Chairman of the tribunal and as a co-arbitrator. Also have experience to represent interests of the parties in the arbitration proceedings.
