Sanghoon HAN

Sanghoon Han manages a wide range of international disputes with expertise and experience. Mr. Han has successfully represented clients both within and outside of Korea in numerous arbitration cases, and is recognized as a leading expert in complex international disputes relating to investment, construction, M&A, and general corporate transactions.

Mr. Han is currently an arbitrator at KCAB, HKIAC, JCAA, AIAC, and TAI, and is a mediator at KCAB and SIMC. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
