Catherine SCHROEDER

Catherine Schroeder is the founder of Schroeder Arbitration that she launched in January 2021.

Before that she has worked for than 15 years in an arbitration boutique where she acted as counsel, secretary to arbitral tribunals and arbitrator.

She now mainly acts as an arbitrator (including in expedited proceedings and as emergency arbitrator) . She has experience in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings and deals with disputes arising out of commercial and corporate matters in general (joint-venture agreements, distribution, licensing, sales). Her expertise also covers energy, intellectual property, hospitality, and construction.

Since July 2023, she is a Vice-President of Paris Arbitration Week.
