Edouard shailendrasingh LEELEEA

Edouard Shailendrasingh LEELEEA has a background as Director of Compliance, International Tax and Legal Affairs with proven experience in the industrial engineering industry and LBO structured groups. He is also a graduate of the University of Cambridge, EDHEC Business School, the University of Lille 2, as well as the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II in compliance, tax and international law. Certified by the French Financial Markets Authority, he is also an active member of the ACSS (Association of certified sanctions specialist), as well as the « Cercle Montesquieu ». He regularly publishes in scientific journals and is notably the author of the book « Lutte anti-corruption – Gestion des risques et compliance » in the Lamy Conformité collection (Wolters Kluwer). He has also been appointed as an external commercial advisor to France by decree of July 26, 2023. Finally, he is currently a Group Compliance Officer within the MBDA Group.
