Stephanie SMATT PINELLI

Stephanie is Head of Litigation at ORANO Group.

She is a former Lawyer, with a focus on economic & civil liability law, construction and telecommunication disputes as well as on arbitral proceedings. She has experience as a Start-up Lawyer, assisting start-ups in setting up, creating, and developing a business and in risk management and complex project management issues.

Stephanie is an active member of the Paris Bar Incubator and also works as an expert dedicated to Innovation within the Prospective Commission of the CNB.
