Taoufik est cofondateur de Lsquare Consulting, un cabinet spécialisé en conseil et en résolution de différends pour les grands projets.
Diplômé de l'École Polytechnique et de Harvard Business School, il a d'abord exercé des fonctions de direction de projet pendant près de quinze ans dans les secteurs nucléaire, minier et de la construction navale, en Europe et en Afrique.
Depuis douze ans, Taoufik intervient en tant qu’expert dans deux situations principales : 1) les situations critiques (lancement de projet, appels d'offres, négociations amiables, étapes clés, etc.) et 2) l'arbitrage international dans le domaine de la construction, représentant clients, maîtres d'œuvre ou entrepreneurs généraux sur des projets en Europe, Amérique du Nord, Afrique, Moyen-Orient et Asie. Il est aussi médiateur certifié par le CMAP.
Taoufik figure depuis 2018 dans la liste des témoins experts leaders en arbitrage de Who’s Who Legal. WWL déclare : « Taoufik possède une connaissance parfaite des questions de construction. Il est extrêmement diligent, incroyablement minutieux et très efficace en situation de négociation. Il est clair, direct et indépendant ».
