Thang Pham is a Partner at YKVN, based in Singapore, and dual-qualified in Vietnam and California. For over a decade, he has played a key role in developing YKVN’s international arbitration practice, contributing to its recognition in the GAR 100 list of the top global international arbitration law firms.

Thang has extensive experience representing clients in arbitrations under the SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, and VIAC rules, seated both within and outside Vietnam. He has acted in complex, high-value cross-border disputes, including investor-state arbitrations involving claims exceeding a billion dollars. His practice spans joint venture and shareholder conflicts, construction claims, tax disputes, professional liability, debt restructuring, and commercial disputes. Drawing on his corporate M&A background as a transactional lawyer, he also brings a deep understanding of deal structures and governance issues to his arbitration practice.
